What do you charge for Shipping?
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY (Minimum order of $20): Right now we are offering free delivery within Orangeville, Ontario, Canada! Just select this option at checkout and once your order is packed, we will email you a delivery date.
Orders are charged the following flat rates depending on your shipping selection:
For all earrings and most hair accessories:
Standard Shipping $3
Tracked Parcel $10
Tracked Parcel $10
Standard Shipping is sent as Oversized Lettermail with no tracking.
You have the option to add tracking during the checkout process by selecting the shipping upgrade. You will receive a tracking number by email once the order has been shipped.
Fire & Colour is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Orders are charged a flat rate of $15. Please note that these rates are in Canadian dollars. Customers are responsible if there are any duties or customs.
What Currency are all of your prices in?
Our default currency is Canadian dollars (CAD).
Who do you use to ship your products?
Canada Post / USPS and UPS.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please note that due to Covid-19 there may be potential shipping delays.
You can expect your order to arrive within 1 - 14 business days.
Please allow 3-5 days for packing and fulfillment.
I need to receive my order really fast! How do I do this?
If you need an alternative shipping speed than the default option, please contact us through our contact form.
I would like to send my order as a gift. Will there be an invoice in the package?
We do not include an invoice in packages. You will receive an invoice by email right after you checkout and another shipping notification email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Right now we only ship to Canada and the US.
Who do you use to process my payment?
We use Paypal and Shopify payments to process your credit card payments. Both are industry-leading, very safe, and easy to use.
Can I cancel my order or change my address?
Please carefully ensure that the shipping address you enter is correct. We will do our best, but because our products are often shipped out so quickly, we can't always cancel or change an address after an order has been placed. If you notice a mistake, please email us right away and we will check to see if we can change your order. Fire & Colour will not be responsible for a lost package due to an incorrect address.
Due to the nature of jewelry and accessories and sanitary requirements, all sales are final.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. This is dealt with on a case by case basis.
