What do you charge for Shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $10 for orders shipped to Canadian provinces and a flat rate of $15 for orders shipped to the US. Please note that these rates are in Canadian dollars. Customers are responsible if there are any duties or customs.
What Currency are all of your prices in?
Our default currency is Canadian dollars (CAD). You can use our currency selector at the top of the page to see the USD equivalent (based on the current exchange rate). Please note that your order will be converted back to CAD upon check out. With the current exchange rate, we offer great buying power for US residents!
Who do you use to ship your products?
We ship all our products via Canada Post / USPS.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It will take up to 7 business days for Canada Post to deliver your order if you are in Canada and up to 14 business days if you are in the US, depending on your location within your country. Please allow 1-3 business days for order packing and fulfillment. If you are ordering a fine art giclée print, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be carefully printed and packaged before shipping. Elizabeth tries to keep stock on hand, in which case the piece will ship sooner.
I need to receive my order really fast! How do I do this?

Can I track my order?
For most orders you will receive a tracking number by email once the order has been shipped. However, for some smaller orders, tracking may not be available.
I would like to send my order as a gift. Will there be an invoice in the package?
We do not include an invoice in packages. You will receive an invoice by email right after you checkout and another Shipping Notification email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Currently, we do not charge sales tax on our orders.
Who do you use to process my payment?
We use Paypal and Shopify payments to process your credit card payments. Both are industry-leading, very safe, and easy to use.
Can I cancel my order or change my address?
We will do our best, but because our products are often shipped out so quickly, we can't always cancel or change an address after an order has been placed. If you notice a mistake, please email us right away and we will check to see if we can change your order.
All orders are non-refundable. In the event a product arrives damaged, please contact us through our contact form.

Our home base is in Ontario, Canada which is where we ship from.
